The Center for Women''s Health is pleased to announce that we have transitioned to a new and enhanced Patient Portal, replacing our former iHealth/Medem website. The new Patient Portal, powered by Intuit Health, enables you to more quickly and effectively communicate with our providers and/or staff.
To utilize all of the functions of this Patient Portal, please follow these instructions:
1. Click "PATIENT LOGIN" from the left menu
2. Click "Create An Account"
3. Follow the steps to create your new account.
Note that if you had a Patient Login for the previous Intuit/Medem website, you will need to create a new account to access the new Patient Portal.

The Center for Women''s Health is an affiliate of Lifeline Medical Associates, LLC, a statewide group comprised of over 80 Ob/Gyn physicians. Because of the expansive resources of this large organization, physicians participating in Lifeline are better equipped to provide high-quality medical care to their patients. Furthermore, due to Lifeline''s extensive database and specialized personnel, the ability of physicians and staff to advocate on behalf of patients is significantly improved.* * * * *

To save time at your next office visit, simply download and print the "Demographic & Insurance Information Form" and "History Intake Form" under the "Office Forms" heading on the "Patient Resources" page of the website. After completing these forms, you can fax them to the office in advance of your appointment.* * * * *
The Center for Women''s Health offers patients the ability to communicate with the office and/or their provider through a secure "e-mail" message via this website. These messages allow patients to send a general comment to the office, request a prescription refill and/or appointment or submit a clinical question to a provider. To take advantage of this service, please login to the Patient Portal and select the applicable tab.* * * * *
