Serving as the Practice Administrator, Nicole supervises all of the non-clinical functions of The Center for Women's Health. Specifically, Nicole tracks and analyzes the reimbursements from health insurance companies, monitors the information technology and telecommunications systems and manages the financial side of practice. Armed with extensive experience in medical billing and coding, Nicole provides her expert assistance to patients, helping them resolve billing disputes with health insurance companies and/or hospitals.

After gaining knowledge as an employee in the accounts receivable division of a local orthopedic practice, Nicole filled the role of office manager for a large medical group for over 10 years. Since becoming involved in Lifeline Medical Associates, LLC in 2004, she has been an active participant the organization's Practice Manager Meetings, helping the company pursue its goal of providing high-quality medical care to women throughout the state
